Terms & Conditions

1. Booking/Security Deposit.

A booking/security deposit of 200euro per apartment booked is required to secure your reservation. A letter of confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of this deposit.

2. Payment for Apartment

Full payment for an apartment booking is due no later than 6 weeks prior to date of arrival. Late payment may result in the apartment booking being canceled without advance notification to guests. If an apartment is booked within 6 weeks of arrival date then full payment will be payable at the time the booking is made. Please note that the booking/security deposit is in addition to the price of the apartment.

3. Cancellations

If for some reason you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:
Greater than 6 weeks - Forfeiture of booking deposit
4 to 6 weeks - 25% of apartment rental
2 to 4 weeks - 50% of apartment rental
Less than 2 weeks - 100% of apartment rental

4. Security deposit

The security deposit will be refunded provided the apartment and its contents are maintained in good condition, that no damage, loss or breakages have occurred. Clients are expected to leave the accommodation clean and tidy, otherwise there will be a charge for cleaning. The cost of repairs to the property, its contents or surroundings arising as a result of misuse or negligence will be charged in full, as will the replacement cost of missing items. Deposits being returned will be sent by mail within 7 to 14 days from date of departure. Key fobs not returned on day of departure will incur a charge of 30euro each, deductible out of the security deposit.

5. Arrival & Departure

Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time will be between 4pm and 6pm on day of arrival, and check out time is by 10.00am on date of departure.

6. Bed Linen and Cleaning

Each apartment is supplied with one set of bed linen, towels, and duvets for each bed. In the case of families it is recommended that additional towels be brought. Apartments are serviced weekly following departure of guests.

7. Right to refuse, alter or cancel

Management reserves the right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking, even after all monies have been paid. No liability will be accepted, if, due to circumstances beyond our control, the reserved accommodation is not available. Management will make every effort to make alternative arrangements in similar accommodation or a full refund will be offered. However no refund or liability will apply where a guest is requested to vacate their apartment or leaves of their own accord prior to the planned departure date.

The total number of guest staying in each apartment must not exceed the maximum capacity for that particular type of apartment. It is important that numbers of guests are pre approved at booking stage. All guest's names will be required at check in stage.

If numbers are exceeded management reserves the right to terminate the provision of accommodation immediately and no refund will be given.

8. Insurance

It is recommended that guest take out holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation of their booking.

Atlantis Apartments has insured the apartments and its contents. However clients personal effects are not covered, and it is therefore good practice to insure your own personal belongings.

9. Liability

Neither the owners/management of Atlantis apartments, its agents or employees can accept liability for any personal injury, loss of property or damage sustained by clients during the course of their stay at Atlantis Apartments.

10. Non smoking policy

We have a policy for the entire apartment complex of no smoking. If you are a smoker we will try to accommodate you at ground floor level so you can easily smoke outside.

11. Pets

We regret that no pets are permitted within the apartment complex, with the exception of Guide dogs which must be pre approved by management.

12. Special requests

Requests for high chairs, cots etc must be made in writing to us in advance of arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee that such extras will be available. An additional charge of 20euro will apply per high chair/cot per week.
